Our regular rental rates apply to most dates throughout the year. These rates vary depending on the space reserved, event type, and rental duration. Please contact our rental coordinator for a custom quote tailored to your event.

Holiday rental rates and applicable dates are subject to change at any time without notice. Final pricing will always be confirmed at the time of booking.
A 20% holiday surcharge applies to events scheduled on U.S. federal holidays and major holidays, as well as adjacent weekend dates when applicable. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday, the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday leading up to it may also be considered holiday dates.
Certain major holidays carry an additional $3,000 holiday staffing fee, including:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, and Independence Day. This fee allows us to fairly compensate our staff who work on these special days.
