Mandie McKenzie
It is with mixed emotions that the Board of Directors has received and accepted the resignation of Mandie McKenzie, our Executive Director. Mandie began working at Friday Musicale in July 2010 as Office Manager/Rental Agent and transitioned to her current role as Executive Director two years later. Over the past six years, she has made significant improvements in the organization and led us through challenging situations while Friday Musicale has evolved into a presenting arts organization.
Mandie will work over the next weeks with the Board of Directors to ensure a fluid transition. We wish Mandie the best as she begins work with the City of Jacksonville as Conference Center Manager for the Main Library on October 10.
Those interested in applying for the Executive Director position may soon view the job posting in the job banks of the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville and Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida.
