Oktoberfest at Friday Musicale featuring WUNDERBAR

WUNDERBAR is German for “wonderful” and often used as a general descriptor of the mood during Oktoberfest (Germany’s biggest cultural export and one of the world’s biggest assemblies of beer drinkers). “WUNDERBAR” is also the name of a fantastic group appearing at Friday Musicale on Sunday October 1st, performing German favorites and featuring the team of Cliff and Glynda Newton (trumpet and violin) plus other local musicians. Expect a wider than usual array of beer plus some German food on hand (pretzels and sausages). Admission is free for Musicale members, $10 for the general public, and $30 for VIP tickets with tables service.
